A real phone number for online sellers

Selling online means dealing with platforms, payment providers, couriers and buyers, and most of them want a phone number. A dedicated ZuteSIP number keeps all of that in one place and out of your personal phone.

Where sellers need a number

Keep the shop and your private life apart

When your personal mobile is on every order confirmation, buyers can reach you at any hour and your number spreads across dozens of systems. A store number puts a boundary in place.

Answer it on your laptop while you pack orders, forward it to your phone at set times, or let an assistant pick up through SIP.

If you ever sell the business or bring in a partner, a dedicated store number is also far easier to hand over than your own mobile. The number, and the accounts linked to it, can stay with the shop.

Selling into more than one country

If you ship to the US, the UK and Germany, a local number in each market can make you easier to call and more familiar to buyers. You can hold several ZuteSIP numbers, each with its own dashboard view, and route them all to the same phone or helpdesk.

Every number, in any of the 181 countries we cover, starts at the same price.

A local number also helps with the practical side of cross-border selling. Couriers and customs brokers in that country can reach you without dialling abroad, and buyers who prefer to call before a larger purchase are more likely to do so.

Account security for your seller accounts

Your store accounts hold payouts and customer data, so the number on them should never lapse. ZuteSIP numbers renew automatically from your wallet, and codes are readable from any browser, so a lost phone does not lock you out of your store.

Each platform decides which numbers it accepts, and each has its own rules about how many accounts you may run. Follow them: a number from us is for your legitimate store, not for getting around limits.

The plan behind every number

Your store line includes unlimited incoming calls and SMS, 500 outgoing texts and 1,000 outgoing minutes per month, SIP credentials, call forwarding to any phone, a browser dialer and a live SMS dashboard. It costs from $1.80 per month, billed yearly ($21.60 per year).

Setting up your store number

  1. Choose the country where most of your buyers are, and a mobile or local number.
  2. Pay with USDT or USDC from your wallet; activation usually takes minutes.
  3. Update your storefront contact page and platform account settings with the number in international format.
  4. Set forwarding or install a softphone so you never miss a buyer's call.

Included on every plan

Frequently asked questions

Will marketplaces accept this number for verification?

Each marketplace decides which numbers it accepts, so we cannot guarantee it. If an unused number is not accepted, the 7-day refund applies.

Can I have numbers in several countries?

Yes. Order one number per market and manage them all from the same account. Each one appears separately in your dashboard, so you always know which market a buyer's call or message came from.

Can an assistant answer buyer calls?

Yes. Share the SIP credentials with them or forward calls to their phone.

Can I send order updates by SMS?

You get 500 outgoing SMS per month for normal customer conversations. Bulk marketing messages are not supported.

Do I need to live in the country of my store number?

No. Sign-up needs only an email address.

How long can I keep the number?

As long as you want. It renews automatically from your wallet each year.

What if a platform rejects the number?

Each platform sets its own rules. If the number has not been used for any call or SMS, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
