Network fees

Every blockchain charges a small fee to send a transaction, paid by the sender. On most networks this fee is paid in the chain's own token, so a self-custody wallet may need a small balance of that token in addition to your USDT or USDC.

Tron, BNB Smart Chain, Polygon, Base and Solana are all commonly used for stablecoin transfers because fees are typically low. Exchanges usually show the withdrawal fee before you confirm.

Sending from an exchange

Exchanges often deduct a withdrawal fee from the amount you enter. Make sure the amount that arrives equals the amount shown at checkout; if needed, increase the withdrawal amount to cover the fee.

Select the withdrawal network carefully. Many exchanges default to a different network than the one you intend, and the address format alone won't always stop a mistake.

If something goes wrong

If the payment window closes before you send, or you send after it has expired, enter your refund address on the payment screen. Our team verifies the transaction on-chain and refunds within 2 working days.

Never send a different coin or network than the one shown. Funds sent on the wrong network, or in a different coin, may be unrecoverable.
